What's your square foot price for concrete?
Answer: There is no practical way to give a square foot price without actually evaluating the proposed job. Some of the things that affect price are: Size of the job, Access to the work area, Location of the job, Required forming, Reinforcing steel and Strength of the concrete.

Can you repair my concrete in stead of replacing it?
Answer: In many cases we can repair, recolor or renew your existing concrete for substantially less than replacing it. Whether this is possible depends upon the condition of the concrete.

I have stamped concrete that is turning white and the sealer is peeling off. Can you fix it?
Answer: This is a common problem, usually caused by moisture wicking through the concrete. The moisture causes the sealer to delaminate when the moisture evaporates it leaves behind powdery white chemical salts, called efflorescence. The sealer must be completely removed, either by chemical strippers or sandblasting. The surface can then be recolored and sealed with breathable sealers. Often a chemical treatment is needed to control the moisture.
